im 15 and at school during p.e when we get changed i cant help but look at other boys in their boxers. i see the bulges in their boxers and when i masturbate, i think about them. is this normal. i also fantasise about what their actual penis looks like

Most boys will have a same sex fantasy or be curious about what other lads look like naked (it happens to girls too!) and it is perfectly normal.
Unfortunately, at 15 most boys are highly sexed and hormones are racing. This can lead to a hell of a lot of fantasies and sometimes odd or unusual things to pleasure themselves over.
It may be that you are gay or bisexual, but it is highly likely you are going through a 'phase' and will end up being a straight man. Sexuality isn't just a category you fit into, everyone is somewhere on the line between gay and straight.
Your age is a time of discovery about all matters regarding sex and this is just another interesting aspect of it! If you are worried, you can speak to someone like the gay and lesbian switchboard but I would just concentrate on other things and keep occupied!

Whatever you do, don't let other people tell you what you are or aren't.
The stuff you say, just describes what you think right now (and many blokes have probably been through the same) - it dosn't mean anything long term one way or the other.
Untill you have had similar access to females, don't go making any final decisions. After all - why should you?

I think you are probably gay , although at 15 you could still be coming to terms with your body and just be naturally inquisitive to see how you compare.
It is not really a good idea to watch the other lads too closely as when they spot this it will make them feel uncomfortable and could result in them being difficult with you , even violent.
What you think about when you masturbate is your own business and so long as you find a safe secure place to masturbate then who is to know anyway
If as it seems you are gay , nowadays this is a lot more acceptable than just a few years ago , hopefully at some stage soon you will make up your mind and set out your future accordingly .
As for fantasising about the other guys penises , again this suggests your are gay and all gay guys will do this . They will also fantasise about straight friends . I hope you can find some friends with common views and inters ts as yourself , and at sometime in the future (after you become 16 and legal) the fantasies will become reality

Other guys in your PE class are thinking the same thing about themselves that your are thinking. Some of them are stealing looks at you and wondering what you look like naked. At 15 that is just something the majority of guys do. If it continues until you are say....25 then you might want to reevaluate your personal orientation.

Its all normal this. Many boys have this obsession with other people, especially at your age; boys wanting to see their friends penis and see how they compare to your size.
I believe you are also straight buddy. It won't harm your seuality if your worried bout that as well.

it is normal for guys to sneak peeks at other guys in the locker room and in the showers. and at some point all teen guys have some curiosity about other guys and want to do stuff with other guys. it all sounds very normal
