I have noticed this week when I am lying on my left side I have a bump which feels like a bruise, you cant see it you can only feel it (its on the side of my left buttock in the indentation bit) I have not bumped my leg or anything I dunno what it is, can anyone help??

Alright guys. So here's the deal. I started smoking for around a month now. I'm also a vocalist. I limit myself to 2 sticks a day.

So recently, when I did some research on how smoking affects the voice. I found out that the body produces more phlegm than usual when you smoke. I figured that the phlegm has been preventing me from holding my high notes. I can still hit them, but I can't keep them strong because the phlegm chokes up my throat.

So heres my question: How can I maintain my voice at it's standard like before I started? Or is quitting the only way?

PS: I don't need any advice about quitting or crap. I already know it's harmful.

also, please don't tell me that QUITTING IS THE ONLY WAY just cause you want me to quit. I appreciate the thought. but really. No thanks.

Hey, I'm on Marvelon 28 for a few years now, and I just found out for the last two days, I took the last two pills of the third row instead of the first two pills of the third row as usual (was holding it from the side we don't see a thing...), which means I just took the two last pills before the placebo pills of the pack... They probably have less hormons in them because now, I have a bit my periods even if it's supposed to be in a week.

for your distressing symptoms?

i have bad persecutory paranoia, where i dont trust alot of people, i think people are out to get me, are ostracizing me, want to ruin my life, prevent me from accomplishing my goals, im being talked about.....people know who iam..

i have racing, obsessive thoughts each day, where i cant hold a train of thought, i keep forgetting...100 thoughts, anxieties, insecurities, racing round my mind all at once...cant concentrate or organize anything.

i have high levels of panic and anxiety which has prevented me going out anywhere...i dont feel safe outside, feel ill be attacked or something will happen to me...i have panic attacks, where i cant catch my breath...im startled by loud noises..i only go out when i have to.
i have flashbacks to traumatic times, bullying times, when i was victimised and attacked.
i have rage and anger feelings constantly still, years ago i used to have rage outbursts regularly, but now i contol it, but get the feelings alot

A few weeks ago when I measured my breasts- (around the fullest part of them) they were 37-38 inches. Now I measure them again today and it's only 36 inches! Why did my breasts get smaller when I didn't lose weight??

I was sitting in the bus yesterday and a guy walked pass my left side and bumped his bag on my left arm pretty hard. I felt a sharp object that scratched my arm. I had a look and it started to bleed.

When the bus stopped, I walked up to the guy and ask him to show me what was in his bag and I immediately noticed some sharp object sticking out of the fabric of the bag.

He then pulled out a book out of his bag and I can see the metal book binder sticking out.

My question is should i get a tetnus shot? I have a vague feeling that he did it purposely but he did apologize. What is the chance of catching Hep C or other diseases if he did in fact hurt someone else with the metal before me?

Or must you wear runners to absorb the shock? Every once in a while I might feel pain around my foot the next day but very rarely. Just wondering if I keep this up will it cause problems with my bones or feet etc later on?

Question about medicaid?
i live in newyork,manhattan
i had medicaid but it got cut off because i turned 21
i went to apply for medicaid and they said o choose a plan

i was wondering how come i cant keep my straight medicaid
why do i have to go on a plan

it use to be if you were mentally disbeled or underage you qualify for medicaid
did that change
because i am mentally dissabeled i see a therapist and sphychologist for sphychotic disorder,depression and social phobia

how come they want to put me on a plan?


did the law change?

I broke my ankle and have crutches from 6-8 weeks. Yeserday I went to school and I did lost of walking around (elevatore is at the other side of the school). my mum remarry 5 years ago and never managed to conceive. recently, an aunt gave my mum royal jelly to eat ( a special honey) and this is what happen......

my mum is 45 years old. her period is late this month. although she hadn't checked yet, she thinks she is pregnant.

i'm scared because i think she is old and my youngest brother is already 16. however, i don't really want to say this kind of things because i just don't want to spoil the happy mood if she really is pregnant.

i am studnt of 12th and have extreme problems with my studies. i recently read symptoms of depression in a book which were- change in appetite, frequent thoughts of suicide, becoming prone to mistakes, extra sleeping hours, feelings of being rejected etc. and amazingly i found all those matching on me. my parents say its just a mindset but i really have exreme difficulty in concentrating on my studies, and do not know what to do. could someone please tell me whether these symptoms are enough to consult a psycatrist or is it really a mindset? i am worried that the doctor will make fun of me saying who told u that u r in depression? if i don't find a way, ireally may commit suicide. please please help me

I am going insane and I don't know what to do.
I started going to this clinic for weight loss, the day I went to get my tests done they said they had just ran out of HCG Shots but they'd have them in next week so I agreed to go on with the program. Well it's been about one month and I have yet to see my shots. They keep on telling me that there is a nationwide shortage and it's a problem with the manufacturer being backstocked. I keep on researching it and everyone's clinic seems to be doing fine in their quantities.
Is there not more than one HCG Manufacturing Company?? What can I do with these people to refund me my money?
They promised me something that has yet to be delivered.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey,

I was in a minor car accident a week ago, and knocked my head on the inside of the car. When I hold my hand to the part of my head that I hit, it's a little sensitive. I've had some unusual headaches, and the weirdest thing is that I've had multiple nosebleeds. Once I woke up bleeding, and then again a few times. Should I go to a doctor?
