Hey,

I was in a minor car accident a week ago, and knocked my head on the inside of the car. When I hold my hand to the part of my head that I hit, it's a little sensitive. I've had some unusual headaches, and the weirdest thing is that I've had multiple nosebleeds. Once I woke up bleeding, and then again a few times. Should I go to a doctor?

Absolutely! The smalles bump to the head can, rarely, cause big problems. That probably isn't the case in your situation, but you're better safe than sorry, right? I wouldn't be concerned about the tenderness, but the headaches and nosebleeds are a concern.
