Why did my breasts get smaller (I didn't lose weight)?

A few weeks ago when I measured my breasts- (around the fullest part of them) they were 37-38 inches. Now I measure them again today and it's only 36 inches! Why did my breasts get smaller when I didn't lose weight??

they might not have gotten smaller
breasts get bigger in mid cycle and cycle so it could have just been you swelled a little but now have returned to original size
i wouldnt worry

You may actually have not measured exactly where you measured before.

Or it could be because of your period.

maybe they have sagged a bit?
