ok well
now i have decided to go on a diet. im trying to go on a HEALTHY diet though, me and my best friend have decided that we will go on it together. just to lose some extra fat, thats all.
so do you guys think that eating
a bown of cereal,with strawberries or bananas for breakfast..
a yogurt tube, or a cheese string for lunch.
and for dinner some vegetables,crackers, or a salad.
would be good to eat everyday for about 1 or 2 weeks?
we`re both 13, around 5'1 (haha little shorties (= lol. and like 95 pounds. and we just want to lose the extra jelly we have.
haha, and everyday we're gonna do 40 jumping jacks in the morning, 20 pushups, and some jogging.
thats all.
nothing big..
so yeah, any tips or advice? thanks!
