Like Lippie said, Water. I am a guy that works hard (for the most part). I drink At least a gallon and half of water a day. Water helps digest food and helps to curb your appetite. Try drinking a full glass of water before each meal, this will make you feel more satisfied with a small meal. Try eating tuna with crackers for meals, it packs a lot of protein. You should try to do alot of calisthenics to help burn off weight. Good Luck

If you have been at your current weight for a while, try going on a normal 1200-1500 calorie a day diet for a week and go the gym 3 times. You'll lose that amount, like most dieters, in water weight in the first 7-10 days

Eat three small meals, plus small snacks in between. Drink water if you feel hungry. The idea of eating all these meals and making them small is you don't have the chance to feel hungry and then eat the wrong food. Make sure they are healthy meals and snack. WATER WATER WATER.

You're allowed to still eat but only eat healthy food like veges and fruits. Excersice, run or walk. Try not to eat any junk food like, chips etc.

After you think you're healthy enough (no too much fat in your body) you can start doing sit-up/press ups etc. and get abs!

No junk food, 30 mins exercise twice daily, and small portions of food at breaksfast, lunch and dinner..... fruits and vegetables as snacks.
