I just had surgery 5 days ago, to repair cartilage on my right knee. After surgery, my knee seems to be alright, not much pain at all. The doctor advised me to straighten my knee when standing and bend it freely when sitting or lying, which was fine. This morning when I got up, every time I straighten my leg I get this shooting pain behind my knee, did I do something wrong, or is this part of the healing process?
