yes be sure to use a tampon not a pad and if you go without you might get blood in water.yuk! No offense but I would not wanna swim in blood

You can buy slim tampons that are marked "light". You shouldn't even feel it if you put it in right... that is the only way I swim during my period.

how many days have you had it? it's ok if you use a tampon but if you don't then i wouldn't recommned it coz even though your vaginal orifice will close while you're in the water, blood will come out once you get out of the water. things could get pretty messy...

I run a public states say that you shouldn't enter pool water that would be the same as a open cut laws are there to protected all from others but you can do what you want because nobody can see that spot
