Yes you can.
It would not be a simple life -- you would have to manually do the things your pancreas does for you, like monitoring and producing insulin, and regulating and producing enzymes.
But the technology exists. People can and do live.
And it is possible to get a pancreas transplant. In the US, 200 have been done already this year.

The pancreas are a gland & produce hormones of some kind I don't think so. I have never seen a pancreas transplant but plenty ppl die of pancreatic cancer :( very sad.
