I feel that they're making my life worse & putting pressure on me, & trying to control me. My case manager is a big burden on my life right now, & the things she tells me & the pressure she puts me through triggers off an anxiety attack for me, rather than her helping me cope with my problems & feeling better. I think she's too hard on me & she expects too much out of me. She thinks that because I have a college degree in Spanish, then I'm SUPPOSED to be fluent. Sadly I'm not. I told her that my undergrad professors told us we're not gonna be fluent upon graduation because of their curriculum. & my case manager is saying I'm making excuses. I'm not. Now I feel bad & I feel guilty & that it's MY fault that I'm not fluent. Ancient Spanish literature won't help someone pursuing a translating job.

***BTW, everyone who attends this clinic has a case manager, so I didn't do self-harm to get a CM. It's the clinic policy for mental health treatment. But I feel like treatment ain't helping.

My fiance has OCD. Over the years he has really applied himself to managing it, going to school and becoming employed. He now takes Prozac to help with the symptoms. I realize that dealing with his OCD is not going to be easy. I will have to make some concessions. I don't want to do anything though that reinforces his fears and anxiety. His OCD revolves around fear of germs and garbage.

Just like to know if anyone else is married to someone with OCD and your experiences with it?

It only happens like once every 1-2 days and I don't know when it will happen, I can get rid of it by breathing in deep and it then will go away for many hours and it doesn't hurt much but i'm still conserened, does anyone know what this is?
Also I'm only 15, male, don't smoke, underweight, but have a diet with much more sugar then anyone should have. Anyone know what it is? :( - I also don't know which catogory this is, heart of respitory so I took a guess

I have been wanting to get this checked out for years but never went. I'm to the point where I want to know if its benign or malignant. Do I schedule an appointment with a radiologist or a just a family physician? I'm confused, I want to do this on my own with anyone knowing cause I never told anyone about what I have. What would you do if you accidentally took 55 units of Humalog? I am trying to figure out it the EMT is stupid or if I am making a big deal out of nothing.

My boyfriend accidentally took 55 units of Humalog instead of Lantus. When I arrived at his house, it was a regular fiasco between his ignorant mooching daughter and me. I called the ER of the hospital where I work and asked them whether we had enough time to make the 26 mi trip or if I should wait for an ambulance. The ER physician told me to wait for an ambulance and they would start an IV and administer a stat amp D-50. When the ambulance arrived, the EMT told him to eat a snack and that would take care of it.
What would you have done? I will fill you in on the rest later.

Okay, weird circumstances.
Belive me or not, but I am clairvoyant (yes this plays a part in the question)
Now... I was talking to a close friend on the phone and I smelled alcahol and then instantly knew he had been drinking. I asked him and he confirmed that i was correct, directly after that I felt faint so I laied on my back, Suddenly I became....delerious and felt like sombody was holding my hand.... I swore sombody was there, holding my hand.... then the pressure spread over my entire arm and then i could not move my left arm. Then it felt like it was pushed down into the bed, then i could not breathe. the pressure spread over my chest all the way down my right arm all the way to my thumb. suddenly I regained control of my body and now my thumb hurts right where the weird pressure let off..
Things different aobut today:
I have had about 3 times as much sodium as normal.
I drank a 16 oz cappichino
And took 1/4 more of my migraine medicine than normal
had migraine.

I've felt comfortable for a while that I am happy with just the one child. On the other hand, I have major depressive disorder, and feel I cannot really trust myself with huge decisions. Then, again, being severely depressed has been VERY scary with having a daughter. There have been many times I've gone into the hospital & not been with her, and a year ago I attempted suicide. I doubt that I will ever be truly "Well" enough for more children. But what if some miracle happens and I'm all better and want another? I've known quite a few women who tell me they totally regret having their tubes tied. But there almost IS no reliable method of birth control I'm willing to use.

Also, does medicare, or medicaid (whichever) pay for this surgery?

I'm 16 and haven't had a period in 4 months, and I want to keep it that way. I got like this because I have a low body weight (98 pounds) and I work out every day. I have band camp coming up and I DO NOT want my period then. How do I keep it from coming back? (should I just continue with what I've been doing or have the past 4 months been a fluke?)
