Okay, weird circumstances.
Belive me or not, but I am clairvoyant (yes this plays a part in the question)
Now... I was talking to a close friend on the phone and I smelled alcahol and then instantly knew he had been drinking. I asked him and he confirmed that i was correct, directly after that I felt faint so I laied on my back, Suddenly I became....delerious and felt like sombody was holding my hand.... I swore sombody was there, holding my hand.... then the pressure spread over my entire arm and then i could not move my left arm. Then it felt like it was pushed down into the bed, then i could not breathe. the pressure spread over my chest all the way down my right arm all the way to my thumb. suddenly I regained control of my body and now my thumb hurts right where the weird pressure let off..
Things different aobut today:
I have had about 3 times as much sodium as normal.
I drank a 16 oz cappichino
And took 1/4 more of my migraine medicine than normal
had migraine.

I don't think being (or not depending on what people believe) a clairvoyant plays a role in this. How long after taking the migraine medicine did this happen and how long was the migraine medicine and the coffee apart? Some medications leave very little room for error in dosage and if you took more than you should it could very well have been a reaction to the medicine. Also, caffeine plays a role in the way meds work, some migraine medicine is quite high in caffeine and contains medicine that amplifies the effects of caffeine (caffergot, that I was on for years is one) taking the two near each other along with an over dosage of the migraine med could have caused something like this. Sodium, probably not a factor.

Nevertheless, the symptoms you are describing could be something very serious, lack of chest pain or no, you need to call your doctor's answering service and see what they say. Better safe than sorry.

Was it a seizure? Unable to be determined given the information, but complex partial seizures often start out as an aura (like a smell) and progress to other effects even muscular effects which are frequently unilateral.

However, there are also variants of migraine which have similar symptoms, like a basilar migraine.

The best thing is to be seen as soon as possible to determine the cause of your symptoms.

If you are over 16 do not drive until you are cleared by the doctor, if you have a seizure while driving you can lose control of the car and hurt/kill yourself/someone else. If it was a seizure you should not drive for 6-12 months depending on your state laws, and you have a clear EEG.
