How to party in college?

are there anyways for a good girl to have a good time besides drinking?

There are a thousand things to do in college besides drink
1) you could always go to the parities, not drink, and watch your friends make drunken fools of themselves. It's always funny to watch a quiet girl have a few drinks and start dancing on tables....however if you want a completely alcohol free environment I suggest

2) become friends with other people who don't drink because whatever you do, drinking won't be involved
3) become involved in some kind of school activity, event, or club. Campuses don't allow drinking so there won't be any pressure and there is bound to be at least one every night, whether it's a sports event or dance so you will always be busy

Of course, but you do need to make sure you're hanging out with people who share your values, not with the party animals.
And if you do go to a party where there's drinking, don't think you have to join in if you don't want to. Get a very weak drink and nurse it, or carry around a glass of something that looks like booze, like ginger ale.
But if you don't like the idea of drinking, you should find some campus groups to hang out with, based on your interests. There are all kinds of people in college, not just drinkers.

Remember the following:

A GOOD girl goes to a party, goes home, and goes to bed. A NOT SO GOOD girl goes to a party, goes to bed, and then goes home. If you do not want to drink (and you do NOT need to just to have a good time) fill your glass with ginger ale or lightly colored lemon lime soda. No one will know the difference EXCEPT YOU, and you will not lose control. Avoid situations where peer pressure comes into play--they WILL respect you in the morning.
