Yes...every woman of every nationality, every race, from every country and continent gets a period. That is how the Earth populates itself. The only way a woman would not have a period is if she has had a hysterectomy or is in Menopause or other reasons such as low weight, stress, etc. But, yes, every women menstrates.

In theory, yes. But! If a female body is under stress (like severe malnutrition) menstruation can stop, or if the woman is young, not start at a statistically "normal" age.

Unless she had a hysterectomy or was--ahem--surgically altered, every woman should have menstruation. Otherwise, there's something seriously wrong and she needs to go to the gynecologist ASAP.

Yes ... unless there is something really wrong which needs medical help, or you were actually born a guy(i'm serious--i read this real article...this girl was wondering why she didnt get her period,and her mum told her that she was born a guy)...

Every woman SHOULD. IF they don't then it could be because of an illness or disease or something going wrong with their reproductive system & they should see a doctor.

Yes, in one way or another.
Not everyone gets them every month, some skip months due to medical problems.

they are meant to, but sometimes some females dont have reproductive organs, so they do not.

No. I'm an expert on this though, all I know is they don't go thrue puberty at all.
