my friend nadia is totally depressed by her weight.

she's 4 feet 11 inches and is 139 pounds.

we've got invited to a party which is in 3 weeks and she wants to lose weight before that.

She wants to lose at least 40-50 pounds.

Hello, I have a mild psoriasis condition on my scalp and my mom gave me a topical cream that she says will make it go away. I used it for a few weeks and its going well, its just pink now with no blotchy scales.

The medication is produced in France and I dont understand French so I dont know if its dangerous or not. Its called Diprosalic Pommade, voie cutanee. Any information on this would be helpful - Thanks!

I'm 13, 5'4" and weigh 139 pounds, size 9 jeans. I don't eat bread that often and I don't eat junk anymore at all. I work out everyday, either running or walking and 60 DDR - dance dance revolution - songs, each burning a little bit more than 4 calories, a day. I also swim quite a bit. And I was wondering if I would be considered fat, and if so what else can I do to not be fat anymore?

ive been lifting consistently for about 2 years, im in college, 20 yrs old, well i had a injury while lifting still not sure what it is yet, waiting til monday to see a shoulder specialist, well ive been outta the gym for about a week and counting, and i feel like a bum cos i cant go (doctors orders) is there anything i can do as far as exercise to maintain strength while i stop lifting, or even a way to remain cut and lean while im off.

P.S. for those of you who lift, i ususally do 14 weeks on and 2 weeks off, and ive just come off my 2 week resting period at the beginning of this month and thats when i got hurt, im hoping for the best in terms of the injury, but is there anything i can do to speed up the process..i know i should rest it, ice it, and take ibpuren...

I always get really itchy whenever I get bit, but this time on my face it is so bad it has spread to my neck. What can I use to stop the itching? It is literally driving me crazy! I've tried the cortisone type creams and they make it worse!

such as wrinkles and fine lines also studies have shown it will cause cancer if used in a long term which you must consistently use this product even once you have gotten rid of all your pimples, a clear face, but you still have to use it forever, otherwise the pimples would break out once you stop using it...i don't want to risk aging my skin or risk getting cancer, is there any other product that has no side effect ? any other product besides benzoyl peroxide? i saw the regime on acne. org but i'm thinking what if you take away the benzoyl cream and only have the cleanser and the moisturizer in the regime without the benzoyl cream, would this still heal my acne condition? clear it , i wont need to worry even if i have to use it forever it will only positive for me or are there other product with no side effect?
