Definitely! It's a good idea any time of the month, but during menstruation it also helps with cramps.

Most definitely. When active the body released endorphins into your system. These are the feel good drugs in your body. So this can really help if you are feeling down during your period.

Not only that, it will help to relive cramps and the bloated feeling that is often suffered. Helping to increase blood flow around the body with an increased heart rate.

Maybe something like brisk walking, jobbing, swimming or a very gentle weights work out if you are a member of a gym.

YES! absoloutely. Be cautious though that if you are too active pretty much about every day and skip a period or two that it is from too much exercising. Happened to me. But it's good to keep exercise during your menstrual cycle to help with cramps. Much better than taking pills. Try to stay away form meds. mkk?

It is good for you but I still HATE doing it! I always feel pooped on the first day of my peirod. It feels like my legs are 500 pounds and all my muscles have been beaten. I still do it, but with like 1/8 the normal speed and energy.
