Why feel guilty about being alive? You didn't ask to be born. Yes, society can be rough, so why not take a break from it? Spend time alone, but don't shut yourself inside... Get out, go for a walk... See the beauty of the natural world that is right here before your eyes. If there's something you did that has made you upset, why not try to make amends for it? If it's too late for that, then at least try to forgive yourself... No amount of feeling can change what has already happened... Simply learn the lesson that life has taught you and get on with life. Life is a cycle of never-ending lessons... Not all lessons come easily, in fact, some of the greatest lessons are also the most difficult ones... Good luck!

You are suffering from depression and should ask for help. I know how you feel as I spent most of my teenage years in my room if I wasn't at school. There is help but it wouldn't be an over night thing it will take time and effort but it's worth it. I know that it seems like things will never get better but they do, You need to talk to your parents and gee about getting a therapist who can help you get therapy and also put you on medications. I have a daughter who's also fifteen and she's on meds for depression, anxiety and migraine headaches. They have helped her stabilize and this past school year for the first time she was on the honor roll the whole school year for the first time in all of the time she's been in school. I think it was because she was feeling good about herself and because her medications helped her to not be anxious and she was able to concentrate and yes she's tried to commit suicide that was the first time she was put on medication. at age 10. Talk to your parents or someone at school to make sure you get the help that you need or if no one there will listen to you call your doctor and they have a legal obligation to make sure that you get some help.

So, life sucks?

At least you knew enough to post this under Mental Health. This means that you are not crazy. Crazy people seldom know that they have a problem. You do know this.

What can you do about it? This depends upon where you are located. Different places have different resources. One resource that is common is other people. Talk to someone about how you feel.

So you can't talk to your folks and have no friends or siblings. Even if you don't go to church, you can usually walk into one and find someone to talk to.

Even the most rural counties have a Social Welfare Department. You might not need a shrink, but it sounds like some form of counseling might help. A little bit of guilt never killed anyone. Too much guilt, especially about being alive is never a good thing.

Depression is common but treatable. You might want to start with one of the sites below:

But to answer your question, don’t talk to anyone, stay in you room, and avoid everyone. Don’t order anything, or go out to eat. ECT

But my thoughts, for help, if you want them.

If you want to kill yourself that is one sign of depression or biological illness. Depression is one of the most prevalent and serious mental illnesses in the world today. Approximately one in four women and one in eight men experience at least one bout of depression in their lifetime. Depression is a biological illness, one that often has a devastating impact on behavior, thoughts and feelings. Although depression can be triggered or worsened by specific events or problems as well as depressive thought patterns and personality traits. Everyone has a time when we are down and is felling blue. But if that continue for more then a mouth or so. Then you are depress.

If your always sad.
If your always tire.
If you have thought of suicide.
If you away feeling guilty.
If you stop enjoying the things you use to do or you don’t seen to have fun any more.
If you have lose or gain weigh more then your body weight
sleeping patter Change, sleeping to much or to little.
Put your self down.
Self hate.
Withdrawn from friends and family.
Crying for nothing.
Feel like crying all the time or cry all the time.
Feeling of emptiness.
Don’t complete important taste.
always have argument with love one and close friends.

These are sign of depression, if you have one or tow of these, it dose not mean you are depress. Talk to your doctor about it

If you are depress you are most likely to experience a setback of problem in your life. Most likely one of the first things on your mind is what other people will think. You may believe that others take pleasure in your problems, that they feel sorry for you, or that they are otherwise judgmental of you. Unfortunately, this attitude can lead you to feel worse about your problems than you need to. It also means that you may be less likely to seek comfort from others when you are in emotional pain.

So I think you should take the time to talk to someone about how you feel, and get yourself so treatment. It dose not mean that you are weak, but it dose mean that you are taking control of your life and dealing with the problem. I am depress and there where even a time when I wanted to kill myself.

I was so depress that I just didn't want to live any more, I started burning myself, just to see if I was alive. I had started smoking pot, to make me feel better. But all it dose it take up my money and made me more depress.
But once I talk to my grandmother about it. She decide to get me into treatment. Now I feel better then I have ever been in years. So if I can do it you can too. But you might be thinking what do I know, or we are not th same. But I know that I was depress and wanted to kill myself, that something me and you might have in commend. We might not be the same person, but I know that I wanted to kill myself and I couldn't and you did the same. I know that we have been thought the same thing, wanting to kill ourselves, feeling sad. But it just that I got treatment and you didn't. We might not have the same problem, but we both know that we are depress. Well I not sure for you or if you got treatment yet. All I can say is get yourself some help. Killing yourself dose nothing and solve nothing. you will just be dead and you will still feel the same way.

You should really discuss this with someone that you trust. You should talk to them about how you feel and why. Trust me, you don't want to take your life. You have your whole life ahead of you. Who knows what the future holds. You're only 15. It won't be like this forever. Just talk to someone. If they really care about you, they will try to help you out because the last thing they would want would be to lose you.

I'm the same way, although I have attempted suicide multiple times (first when I was 7yrs old) and I am 16 years old. I suggest homeschool online (like myself) and wait a while to get a job. This way you're always alone. If thats what you want.

Call the Samaritans, call someone. Talk to a therapist - whatever it needs. You shouldn't feel this way. Just think if you were to go either route how your loved ones would miss you, and the grief and hurt you would cause to them.

Keep to yourself, become a recluse. Start not socializing. Wear black clothes, and lipstick, get lots of piercings and tattoos...
Seriously, maybe you are feeling really depressed Hun. It helps to receive counseling and medication.
