Health - 11 July 2007

For about 10 minutes afterward, I walk sort of wobbly. It's annoying, especially if I have to go and do something right after I am finished. My boyfriend does not have this problem.

I am tired all the time, get random spells of exhaustion and nausea, can't think properly, have major neck pain and stiffness, and have sore joints and muscles. I was diagnosed for Lyme Disease the day after getting a check up - at first they thought it was some kind of virus but after consulting other doctors they called me back in a rush stating that they are pretty sure it's Lyme Disease and that they've caught it in it's earlier stage (I was camping 1 1/2 weeks ago).

Anyways, I am wondering if any of you out there have had Lime Disease and how you coped. I have missed 2 1/2 days of work already and I don't know what to do. Should I go to work and do my best? Is rest important? Does Lime Disease recurr without another bite? Heck, I didn't even know I was bite in the first place.

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

Its become a habit with me to get easily tensed up with little things. Something that's not happening correct or not in order makes me anxious & irritated. You can say that i am stupid enough to take tensions & be worried the whole day regarding my studies, my life , my responsibilities, my future, what should i do ? Whom should i trust ? What is good for me ? I rarely remain relaxed. When everything seems to be allright something else crops up to cause me stress & anxiety.
Now a days i don't get a wink of sleep before its 1:00 or 2:00 am. Stupid thoughts & worries keep pestering me & i keep rolling over the bed before i get some sleep. I get head aches.
I am spoiling my health !!

What should i do ???????
Should i see a doctor & take sleeping pills or anti stress tablets ????
Help me !
Give me your valuable suggestions.

For the past couple weeks I've felt a bump on the roof of my mouth, somewhat close to my right canine. Recently I've noticed it felt a little bony, like a tooth was coming through. I'm going to the orthodontist soon, but in the meantime, I have reason to believe that it's a palatal tori. What I want to know is considering it doesn't really need treatment, and assuming I won't need it removed, will it just stay there forever? Or will it eventually go away? Is it a recurring thing? last year, about this time of year too, my sister had these sores inside of her mouth. Now she is getting a blister-liket thing on her lip. Do you think this will turn into the problem she had last year? She works at the swimming pool as a lifeguard, so could it be because of that?

I just got spacers yesterday. They don't hurt very much now, but the orthodontist told me that it is possible for some to fall out, but that that was okay since that would just mean that it had made enough room. Before he told me that he warned me not to chew gum AT ALL when I get braces because it would flex the wires until they break, and if I swallowed a wire I would maybe have to have surgery. Now the question is, what if I'm sleeping and a spacer falls out, and I swallow it? I don't think it would be dangerous, since the same could happen with a tooth and it would probably pass normally, but I'm not sure. Please try to give honest answers, but not ones that can be overly scary..I want to get some sleep the next 5 nights until I get them taken out. :) Thanks!

Have you been around someone that wore an ostomy bag? Now be honest...if you saw it were you turned off? Was it like, oh well, you have that so what? If the person with the bag was ok with their looks, would it or would it not be appropriate going to a nude or clothing optional location?
