Soak your feet in a foot bath (or just a bucket of hot water) for about 15 minutes. Then use a corn parer (found at the drug store I think near the nail clippers) and scrape those callouses away!!

After or when you are still in a shower when your skin is still wet and soft use a pumice stone to scrub the thick skinned area. repeat daily until callous is gone. You can find pumice stones in a pharmacy or the health and beauty/ cosmetic section or markets or walmart like stores

Two things - buy a pumice stone and get directions on how to use it, and get better-fitting shoes for both everyday and exercise work.
