What exactly are the symptoms of metastatic melanoma, and in how much pain would someone be who suffers from it?

I just started taking abilify, I already take lamictal and klonopin. Yesterday was my first day taking it, I slept pretty much all day, and was very sick to my stomach.. I don't know if I'm just not feeling well or is it this medicine already, I was against taking this medicine from the beginning but my Doc, asked me to at least try it, but I have been doing great with the meds, I have already been taking. Can this medicine cause you to become sick that fast? I was so mean yesterday and I am still so sick to my stomach.

Im an 18 yr old male and i have a small/fair size lump in my right breast. It hurts abit to touch. I eventually went to the doctors after about two years and he said it could be a hormonal thing or something. I had two blood tests. I rang up to find out the results and the receptionist said they were fine. Thats all ive heard since. So i still dont know what it is and how do i get rid off it? Hope someone can help.

Ok. I am not a fan of aspartame and I stopped using that an Saccharin a while back. I was told it was basically better to use honey to sweeten teas or coffee. Just use in moderation. But when Splenda broke out, I was excited! I use it from time to time in my dishes and drinks to keep from using sugar.

Now, there are disagreements. Some say Splenda is the best artificial sweetener to use. Especially for diabetics and those who want to lose or watch their weight. But then I heard some say the body reads Splenda as sugar, it processes the sweetener wrong, and it winds up making you gain weight. Just like their claims on saccharin and aspartame. One reason I don't drink diet soda, is because it did just that to my body. I try not to indulge in soda that much anyway. But on occasion I will have one that isn't artificially sweetened. SOMEONE HELP! Is Spenda indeed processed the same way as aspartame and saccharin? I have searched and asked my nurse. I don't know what to trust.

I have a burn mark on my forehead from where some oil splashed out of the frying pan and scalded me. It's nice and purple now and I know time will heal it but I'm getting married on Monday and I was wondering if there was anything that would help it heal quicker.
People have been saying that it will be virtually gone by Monday but I'm not holding my breath.
Any help would be most grateful. Thanx.

Thinking about getting my eyes tested.

Now a lot of stores offer in-house eye tests (Specsavers, Vision Express, Boots etc.). But since these are commerical businesses are they going to be truly objective and unbiased.

For example I can't believe a business will say to anyone 'no your eyesight is fine you don't need anything'. Instead they'd try and convince you you had something wrong, and sell you some of their products.

Anyone know how trustworthy they are?

It keeps my metabolism up.

I drink ALOT of Lipton Diet Green Tea.

3 meals 2 snacks.

I do interval on the treadmill, 6 mph than 3 mph keep switching.

I might do weights every 3 or 4 days.

I lose atleast 1 pound a day according to the scale. It is NOT water weight because I drink ALOT of water.

Male 52 years of age no doctor no insurance. In the past couple of days I have experienced pain in my left testicle the pain also seems to include the pubic bone area. If I apply pressure to the area it does relieve the pain momentarly. Also pressure is felt in the area that is constant. Bowel movements are difficult as pressure adds to the pain. Any Ideas?

please ppl i need to know, there is someone very special to me who have had hapititc b but like 21 years ago! she is doing very well and even forgot about it, the virous lives peacfully in her so it doesn't effect anything.. but now i'm reading that hapitiic b cause liver cancer! OMG, please tell me is that possible? and after 21 years? she told me that she once read in a newspaper that it might causes liver cancer but between 15-20 years after that, when it's 20 years it can't!


this person had an argument with someone abotu work and she cried and she wasn't fine, so she had some stress. and after like an hour of that stress she had pain in her stomatch, she wasn't fine for the whole day, she went to the doctor and he told her she is just fine and it's just just stress! but he didn't check her liver? ... that was like 2 days ago, she is just fine now although yesterday it hurt her for like an hour and she was fine! she is just fine and she laughs and she walks out and goes out...

I have been hearing and reading a lot of stuff about heroin and how it ruins our body but I also want to verify if there are any benefits from using this substance. I got curious about this because a certain article claimed that marijuana has benefits that could cure cancer. My nephew had a minor motorcycle accident and while his injuries are not life threatening, he was on a blood thinner that has kept him in the critical intensive care unit since the tuesday after Mother's Day, with kindey failure, the heart enlarging and a blood clot in one of his lungs. Well he has very good health insurance and his mother is a retired RN. My nephew is in one of the major trauma hospitals in central NJ and is fighting for his life. Since he has been in the ICU almost all of the patients that were there since he arrived and some that came after him have died. Many of them (because this is an inner city facility) have no health insurance and no family members that can be at the hospital 24/7. I honestly feel that if my nephew didn't have a constant family presence and the fact that my sister-in-law is a RN, he would have been dead days ago and would not have received the attention he has. What is your opinion?
