Here's some facts from the NHS about the quitting smoking timeline:

After 8hrs - Nicotine & carbon monoxide in the body reduced by 50%. Oxygen levels back to normal.

After 24hrs - Carbon monoxide eliminated from the body. Lungs start clearing out mucus and other debris.

48hrs - no nicotine left in the body. Sense of smell and taste improved.

72hrs - Breathing easier. Bronchial tubes relax and energy levels increase.

2 - 12 weeks - Circulation improves

3 - 9 months - Coughs, wheezing and breathing problems improve as lung function increases by up to 10%.

5 years - risk of heart attack falls to half that of a non-smoker.

10 years - risk of lung cancer falls to half that of a non-smoker. Risk of heart attack falls to the same as someone who has never smoked.

Good luck to you. I quit 5 months ago. Feel better for it. More pleased that I have managed to resist temptation so far. Keep it up.

Not sure about numbers for the booze, but I would imagine that you will lose weight and generally feel much fitter and sharper. I wouldn't advocate complete abstinence on the booze - a little is good for you. Also, never trust anyone who has no vices.

Congratulations, Convert!

It really depends on how long you've been smoking: The damage is cumulative. You should be seeing an improvement already.

You can expect to spend as much as a year or more healing from the damage. But the human body can be remarkably resilient.

Again, congratulations!

A bend in an erect penis is usually cause by damage to the area that fills with blood, well not the damage itself but more due to the tissue that builds to fix it.. I think it i quite easy to do if you are not careful...but im sure that this usually causes a quite distinct bend rather than gentle curve. go to see your doctor.. i know it is an embarrassing thing to see them about but it is treatable... and I'm sure just like all things like this the longer you leave it the harder it is to fix (no pun intended). Remember that your penis spends all day in one positon possibly curved slightly down so when it gets a little blood in it it will take a little while to straighten up... as long as you have a basically straight one when fully up .. i dont see you have a prob. good luck

Not sure about recovery and healing time form drinking. But for smoking i recall there is huge change for the better in 6 months. And after a year its almost 90 %.

It depends on the amount/ time for which you took alcohol and smoking. While temporary changes will soon dissappear but permanant changes will remain there.
