Dear friends my penis balls got upside down,one ball is small and other is little bigger.will this create any problems in future.please help

Never seen any one with two that are the same seize.

Testicles haven't the same size and usually one is greater and longer than the other. Scientist think it's a way to avoid the balls to hit during the normal movements. Testicles can move inside the scrotum (sack) but shouldn't come out, going up in the groin even! If so, it means the inguen ducts still are opened while they had to close after the birth!

It's quite normal for a man's testicles to be two different sizes.
It's also normal that one rides higher than the other.
