find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I lost 80 pounds in 9 monthe and kept it off for a year. I did the bike thing twice a day for an hour at a time. Bought smaller plates, which is a proven trick to make your brain think that since your plate is full you are eating the same and therefore just as full. Count Calories. It sucks but it works. Fat calories are very important. Lots of people say no bread or pasta or eat only this or that. Bunck!! Eat several times a day. low fat low cal foods. Dont skip meals, especially breakfast. The more times a day you eat the higher your metabolism kicks up. Sound like crap but it works. Also avoid sugar Period!!! Not even substitutes. Any sweet taste you get will only worsen your craving for sugar. Diet drinks/food included.(especially). Plenty of fresh veggies and fruits. Limit meat. Eat lots of chicken and fish. Remember that you only start to lose serious calories after 20 continous minutes of exercise. Also, note that fat and calories are not the only problems by weight loss, also others like sugar and sodium may not allow you to do so. Of you want to lose fat buy Fat burners and follow the instructions this are no anabolics and are not dangerous if consumed properly. This will help you lose weight (basically fat). Another thing is, do not get obsessed with weight, what counts are measurements. Believe it or not, there are people that simply have more weight even with the same measurements including size and gender.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Nothing to eat/drink other than water in between. Take plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits to make ur meals healthier. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body signal system of hunger/fullness.

Take regularly light exercises and briskwalks preferably twice a day.

U will achieve results u have not even dreamt effortlessly.

Drink 8 glasses of water each day. It does fill you up.
Take a multi vitamin to give your body the nutrients you might be craving/missing.
Eat after the bike ride rather than before, since you probably get hungry and eat after anyway.

How much water do you drink? Have you increased your exercise? If not, you might consider that. Do some concentrated weight training on different parts of your body.

However, your body will get used to an activity and become less of an impact on the weight. You have to increase activity to decrease weight, until you get where you choose to be, then you can maintain the same activity level to maintain the same body structure.

What are you eating? If you're eating more or the same amount of calories that you burn each day, you'll either stay the same or gain weight.

In order to lose weight, you need to combine diet and exercise. You will need to burn more calories than you consume.

.G-man I cycle about 150km a week and I do not lose weight .
I am building muscles so your fat turns to muscles and the weight remains the same .But I can feel my jeans are not that tight around my waist. So my weight is about the same but my body is tightening up.
