Avoid fatty, greasy foods. Cut out soda, or any high calorie drink from your diet. Load up on fresh foods, nothing processed like chips and candy. Drink more green tea, supposively that helps boost your metabolism. You can even try one of those diets with Special K, Slim Fast, etc. (You know, eat a bowl of Special K for breakfast and lunch, have a snack of fruit inbetween if you get hungry, and a sensible dinner.)

It really depends how large you are.

The larger a person is, the easier it is. If you're really large, just get out and be active -- walk in the park, play tennis, etc.

If you're more of a normal size and just want to lose a few pounds, I would reccomend the exercise ball. You're able to work arms, back, abs, glutes, etc all at the same time (because you're on a ball and have to work to stabalize and balance on the ball, you're constantly working your abs no matter the exercise).

Personally, I've had a lot of success with playing racquetball. It's a lot of fun, so it's good cardio for an hour without seeming like an hour -- especially if you're playing with a friend.

There's always crunches, but it doesn't work well if you have a bad back or neck.. Plus it's REALLY boring and monotonous.

If you want advice from a website...

*Drink Iced Water*
Two litres a day minimum. Water has to be iced as the body will burn 100 calories just heating the water to normal body temperature. Also hunger pangs are very often thirst pangs, so this will help you stop over eating.

Add lemon to flavour if you wish and gain the added benefit of cleansing your liver at the same time.

Water also helps your body metabolize stored fat by helping the kidneys flush waste quicker. When you don’t drink enough water the liver needs to help the kidneys perform this function. When the liver has to help the kidneys its normal function of providing stored fat for energy is slowed down.

*Green tea*
Drink 5 cups a day. Research shows this can burn a massive 80 calories a day! It is believed the antioxidant catechins in green tea boost the metabolism and help burn fat.

*Chilli sauce & mustard*
These foods increase your calorie burning capacity by between 5 – 10% for up to 2 hours after eating. This is because they contain capsaicin which speeds the metabolism, so if you enjoy hot food your in luck!

*Low fat diary foods*
Can increase fat burning in the abdominal area. Why? Because these foods are rich in calcium which encourages the release of fat from fat cells and also reduces the amount of fat absorbed.

HOPE IT HELPS... GOOD LUCK!

I love questions like this, because NOT going to the gym is exactly HOW you SHOULD lose fat. Let's have a look at how fat loss happens:

First of all, you've asked about FAT loss -not weight loss. This is a good thing, because if you turn fat into muscle, it will weigh more than the fat, but take up less space in your fat cells. And so, it is possible to lose fat, look better, be stronger -and actually weight a bit more.

The body burns fat all the time, mixing energy from the fat with energy from food to fuel your body and brain. But the body ALSO makes fat all the time, to replace what it used and to have a backup when food is scarce. Think of it as buying canned goods you keep on hand for meals; if you have the same number of people to feed all the time, you might keep ten cans on the shelf, using 5 every week to make meals, then replacing with 5 from the store.

If there are more people to feed, buy you still just buy 5 cans, then maybe your stock of canned goods goes down to 2 or 3, then up to 7 or 8 when you buy again -your "reserves" are lower. Likewise, if there are fewer mouths to feed -and you still buy 5 cans, maybe your reserves top out at 14 or 15. Same thing with body fat -there is more or less of it depending on what you put in yourself (food) and what you take out (energy).

And so, if you simply change the ratio of what you take in and what you expend -you're going to lose fat.

One way to do this is to eat foods that don't produce much "instant" energy -dial carbs and sugars DOWN, dial protein and fiber UP. The other way is to increase your activity level. Notice - I said ACTIVITY -not necessarily formal EXERCISE. One way you can do so "automatically" is simply to make whatever you do now a bit more difficult by wearing ankle weights. Every time you walk or move your legs, it will take more energy to do so. Likewise, you can modify behavior by parking further from the store, and engaging in projects that require mental and physical focus -gardening, golf, bowling -whatever you like. One way or another, this all involves moving -exercise.

The gym works for some people because it is designed to support deliberate efforts to shed fat -that's what you're there for. But your fat and muscle doesn't care where you are -so you can put more demand on them ANYwhere. The problem with the gym is that it may work too well, so you must either continue the gym program to keep fat off, or make a major adjustment elsewhere is you quit the gym. And the gym, with instructed and guided exercise, may be JUST RIGHT to address weight or fat related disorders under medical advice.

But, barring a medical imperative, it is better to make changes in diet and lifestyle to which you can adapt fairly easily on a permanent basis. And, to the extent you build some muscle, you will be more successful, because the muscles need energy to work -and they get it by burning fat. So, each extra pound of muscle works FOR you. Fat just "sits" there, burning nothing at all.

The disposition of fat in your body is largely a matter of genetics; and so, if you have "big" thighs, you'll probably never be able to develop "buns of steel." Likewise, the physical appearance of "abs" is not entirely a matter of conditioning and exercise. I, for example, have very powerful abs because of the work I do -but they aren't "ripped" so you can see them. Lesson: don't try to change what can't be changed. You've probably known men who present as very skinny -but are able to lift and carry enormous weight.

In closing, I'll point out that you wanted to "easily" lose fat -you didn't say, "quickly." Progress using the techniques I've mentioned above will NOT deliver overnight results, but WILL be evident if you look every two weeks or so -and it will more likely be permanent.

Drink only water. Steamed your vegetables with some seasoning but no butter. Eat grilled chicken or turkey. Stay away from fried foods. Add fruits to replace sweets. You don't have to give up all your favorite foods just cut down on your portion sizes. Try to eat every 2 to 3 hours but not past 8pm. Walking can help you lose the weight, its simple and its free.

Do pilates, watch how much you eat during each meal, watch what you put in your body, exercise at home, buy an illiptical for your home, go walking...there is lots you can do. The truth of it all is simply, no pain, no gain...you are only gonna get what you put twards it...of coarse you can cheat for the short term but you won't end up happy in the long run. Also if you aren't happy fat you will not be happy skinny.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
