i am getting my wisdom teeth pulled out tomorrow at 745 am and the instructions are that i cannot have anything to eat or drink 8 hours before, however is it okay to brush my teeth and swallow maybe a tiny bit of water accidentely or will that tiny bit of water affect me?

Yesterday i was playing basketball and i jumped up to get the ball but then i came down and fell on my arm. after the game my arm started hurting real bad....it was pretty hard to move..i dont' think its broken because i'm not in any extreme pain but it is getting on my nerves a bit. i can move it up and down but i can't straighten it out.....i don't know why...i don't want this to be permanet or anything......i used icyhot and pain medicine but nothing seems to be helping......

what should i do

my friend sent me a really strange text over my phone the other day it read--- My brain is f@#&ed up. I feel like a walkin dead person. Like I feel death. My brain and my body. My weight changed 5lbs today.... I was 164.4lbs when I woke up after using the bathroom and now I am 170.0lbs!!! How is this possible becuase i only ate 1200 claories today spaced out througout the day? My weight seems to fluxuate like crazy... Can being on my period have something to do with it?

Today I noticed that there was blood on the tp when I wiped....
I figured that I just spotted, I normally do very lightly one day sometime before my period.

But tonight, there was quite a bit on it and it was thick, my period won't start for another 2 weeks, and last months has already passed.

plus, it only showed up when I wiped, it didn't go anywhere else, like my panties.......

can anyone tell me exactly why this is happening all of a sudden?
I'm scared

8 years ago I had my wisdom teeth removed, 2 by pulling and 2 by being cut in half, ever since then it seems the numbing never takes 100% for simple procedures like a filling. Today I had 3 teeth pulled and I could feel some pain basically on the gums when they were using the tools to get the tooth extracted. The tooth itself didnt hurt just the surrounding tissue (gums) as they were poking and prodding. It wasnt so painful to make me want to cry but it was uncomfortable. From 1 to 10 I would say 4. Is this normal or do I have some type of nerve damage or what?

My thighs near my personal part has black stuff on it and so does under my armpits, i've tried to get rid of it by scrubbing it in the shower but it just wont come off!! Can someone plz help me!! DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS IS CALLED?!?!

I do not know if I am preforming my kegels correctly. I know I am supposed to find the muscles to stop my urine, but when I stop it in this method, some urine is forced out before the urine stops; is this supposed to happen, or should the flow stop immediately after I squeeze? Should I feel the squeeze inside my penis itself, or should it feel more in my anus? Sometimes I get sore afterward, in the region between my anus and scrotum; is this normal? The guides around the internet are vague and I do not want to be performing this excercise incorrectly!
Also, how long do I need to do kegels to increase my stamina? I am dissatisfied with my performance in bed.
