I do not know if I am preforming my kegels correctly. I know I am supposed to find the muscles to stop my urine, but when I stop it in this method, some urine is forced out before the urine stops; is this supposed to happen, or should the flow stop immediately after I squeeze? Should I feel the squeeze inside my penis itself, or should it feel more in my anus? Sometimes I get sore afterward, in the region between my anus and scrotum; is this normal? The guides around the internet are vague and I do not want to be performing this excercise incorrectly!
Also, how long do I need to do kegels to increase my stamina? I am dissatisfied with my performance in bed.

Not sure about stamina.
But your pelvic floor muscles are part of your core muscles. You draw on them when weight training to help reduce injury to your lower back and abs. To turn them on, it's like holding in a fart. You can also stop the urine flow.. same... same... but to give them a good workout.... do squats and lunges.. an upright rows and deadlifts and turn on your PF muscles throughout... also do "bridges" ~ lie on your elbows and lift up your body as though doing pushups- no arching) you will get an hour's worth of workout for your pelvic floor instead of just a couple of squirts worth.... and trust me.. throw in some push ups and this effort really will increase your stamina.

Kegal exercises were designed originally for women to maintain bladder control and vaginal muscle strength before and after child birth. I guess the PC muscle can be strengthened in both sexes. Just try to stop the stream of urine when you urinate. That's it. With practice, you can stop the stream. Keep in mind most women do not enjoy marathon sex. To stay erect for extended periods of time is not the goal. Sex will become uncomfortable to your female partner if too much time passes. The idea is to give your partner an orgasm first and then get yours. Since women are wired differently, it has been found that a man who is a good kisser on the mouth and other places is perceived as a great lover than the man that believes women have p*ssies of steel. Just do the thing you do to stop yourself from peeing. And do it over and over. That's Kegels. Personally, I'd think you'd have to do a looooooot of Kegels to see any difference in bed. I imagine it's quite useless.

Kegel exercises are a work out for the muscles of the pelvic floor, so you are squeezing the muscles closer to the anus. It takes some practice to do it, and it is exhausting!
I have no idea if it helps with stamina.

When you're peeing stop in mid-stream hold for a 5 count then release til full stream and stop again and repeat. This way you will feel the muscle you are supposed to be flexing. Once you've isolated the muscle you can do it whenever.
