Today I noticed that there was blood on the tp when I wiped....
I figured that I just spotted, I normally do very lightly one day sometime before my period.

But tonight, there was quite a bit on it and it was thick, my period won't start for another 2 weeks, and last months has already passed.

plus, it only showed up when I wiped, it didn't go anywhere else, like my panties.......

can anyone tell me exactly why this is happening all of a sudden?
I'm scared

Anovulatory bleeding is common and can happen in between menstrual cycles. This can also be a sign of irregular menses due to your age or stress factors. If it continues, see a gynecologist since irregular vaginal bleeding can have underlying causes. If you are very young, this is probably a common occurrence, sometimes your periods will be irregular. This is from http://conception.lifetips.com/com/cat/55160/ovulation-facts/index.html

Mid-Cycle Spotting
Some woman may spot a tiny bit of blood during ovulation. This is normal and occurs when the egg pops out of the ovary. If the bleeding continues for more than a day - seek the advice of your doctor. (Ovulation occurs from 10 days to two weeks after your last period--or two weeks before your period starts.)

Pinkish spotting often occurs when a fertilized ovum implants in the uterus. If it's possible that you are pregnant, a pregnancy test might be in order!

Calm down, periods aren't always regular. Mine will be regular for ages and then all of the sudden decide to be two weeks late or two weeks early. If it was thick it might explain why it didn't get on anything else.

Still, if you're worried about it, it wouldn't hurt to get it checked out by a doctor. It would be worth it simply for the peace of mind.

Honestly I wouldn't worry about it..now if you're sexually active spotting or bleeding in between periods is a sign of pregnancy, but otherwise you might be starting early.

If it is a vaginal discharge, see above poster.

If it is not a vaginal discharge...see your doctor.
