I came across a order site for herbal cigarettes that have no nicotine, instead they are made out of herbs. They even say that they herbs will remove the nicotine and tar that has accumulated in the smokers body. You light the cigarettes, smoke them and everything, but they are supposed to be a safer alternative. But I heard that these hebal cigarettes are unsafe because you still inhale smoke into your lungs. Do you think these are safe to smoke?

I have a large stomach and I'm trying to gain a flat one and at the same time work out to gain muscle. I'm thinking of getting Cytogainer as a protein drink, I heard it works great but there are a lot of calories...will drinking protein drinks three times a day contribute to more fat, especially in the abs? Or should I get some weight loss drink...but then again wouldn't that not help in the gaining muscle workout?

I was wondering if anybody can give me some insight into how anti-depressants affect dreams. I am on an SSRI (for the second time in my life) and I find that in the beginning I have vivid dreams which are usually upsetting. They are not necessarily nightmares but dreams in which I am upset, angry or crying. It is very frustrating because when I wake up I feel badly even though I know it was just a dream. Has anybody else experienced this?? Could this be a side effect of the depression or a side effect of the medication? Or perhaps neither? Thanks everyone

I just got new eyeglasses and was wondering why i have severe neck pain and headache. I was told it was due to the fact that they are hitting pressure points behind my ear. I've had them adjusted twice but am still getting severe neck pain.

I am in my early 20s with a B cup that naturally sag a little. I don't mind it so much except when I am facing the ground (like propped up on my stomach) I guess with gravity they look longer and are very oval rather than round. Is this called being pendulous? What does that mean exactly? Is this natural or are my breasts really wierdly shaped? They look fine when I am standing up straight with good posture. Why am I like this?

Does anyone know of any legal requirement for the size of lettering for signs on the outside of toilet doors? Is there a minimum size for the wheelchair icon / sign used to indicate what is often described as a disabled accessible toilet? Thanks.

Hello everyone. I went to the dentist yesterday for a routine removal, and found out that I need to have my wisdom teeth removed. All four of them are impacted. I was wondering if some of you could give me your experiences good and bad. I'm super nervous about this, and have no idea what to expect. I am a 21 year old female, and have never, ever needed ANY kind of surgery before. Even oral surgery. Thanks for any help.
