Just relax. I can't promise you that you'll lose a lot in 2 weeks but you can try. Some things that you should do is eat right. To lose weight, it's best that you eat 4-6 small meals through out the day. These meals should consist of lean meats, whole-grain starches, and fruit and veggies. What you ate for the day should be 1/4 meat, 1/4 starch, 1/2 fruit and veggies. Make sure that you eat foods that are low in fat. You should also drink 8 glasses of water a day. Increase your protein intake (eggs, lean meat, chicken, fish, etc) because it helps support your metabolism. You have to cut back on the junk food, but not completely. Once in a while you can have a snack, and if you love chocolate just switch to extra dark. This is also very important, don't eat anything before a workout. If you do, your just burning off what you just ate instead of the fat. You should actually eat directly after a workout but stick with protein. Also, try not to eat late at night. Your body won't have a chance to use those calories and will store them as fat. Also get rid of fried food and carbohydrates. Now for exercises, there are a few you can do. Some of the top ones for teens to do are: walking lunge, pile squat, mountain climbers, bike rides, walking, leg curls, stiff-legged deadlifts, leg extensions, and calf raises. If you don't know what or how to do any of the following excercises, youcan just google them. there are a few websites that have videos tio show you how. Below will be a list of how long each excercise should be performed. -walking lunge .... 10 reps per leg - pile squat... 8 reps - Mountain climbers... 30 seconds (the 3 above should be done 2-3 times a week and in a circuit movement with no rest) -bike ride... 1-2 miles a day should be good at least 3 times a week. -leg curls... 10 reps per leg - Walk for about 30 minutes in the morning or evening everyday. Thats about it. If you follow this, you should lose the weight. And also do the research. Find easier and quick routines on the web. Look up what you should online. Good luck and I hope you succeed. (P.S.- If you get bored with these workouts, just go crazy and dance your butt off for an hour or two.)

What these people are suggesting is probably the only thing you can do. A couple of inches is a lot- and it's dangerous to try and loose that much weight in such a short time. To make these contraptions more comfortable, you could at least try and lose a pound or two.
Cut out fat from your diet- such as butter on your bread. Cut out sugar- dessert, soda, even breath mints, which believe it or not, can prevent people from losing weight effectively. Drink LOTS of water, and don't drink coffee or tea, especially with caffeine (and sugar), because this causes you to retain water/weight. Salt does too.
If you're willing to put up with what I think is a bad taste (though some people like it), drink three cups of apple cider vinegar tea a day. Hot water, one tablespoon of ACV, and honey to taste. ACV helps to balance your metabolism.
And last but not least, don't forget the benefits of exercise.
Good luck!

i can only suggest you drink loads of water between now and then or find some control pants, with a control panel at the front. unless you can get a bit of elastic to extend the waist line slightly!!
Exercising might not work as muscle expands before it reduces in size. Also a body contour wrap is supposed to knock a few inches off your waist in about half an hour, give it a whirl, some hotels offer this service.
Good luck - stay slim :D

Wrap as much cling film as you want to around you from your hips to just under your bustline. Then if you have an all in one body or a basque or similar put it on to keep film in place .then do some light exersizes and keep it on for about an hour ,then take it off before you have your shower/bath.Best done 2-3 hours before you go out.You should lose up to at least 2 inches maybe more,as this way takes water from the area that was wrapped.GOOD LUCK HAVE A GREAT SATURDAY.

Don't eat anything except soup from now to saturday. And drink 2 litres of water everyday. Doubt it will work though. As a last resort, you could go and get a body wrap - that will take about an inch off. Its temporary, so best get it done the night before.

Drink plenty of water and perhaps get some water tablets, they make you loose the excess water you are carrying that may loose a couple of inches.
Short space of time to achieve much in, Do not eat late, perhaps latest is 7pm...and make sure that you dont go to bed too early on a full tummy.
Perhaps do some sit ups, but really dont think that that will make much difference in such a short space of time.

What about one of those body wraps that they do in some beauty places? They like cover your body in seaweed and wrap it up and you can lose up to ten inches instantly (from the whole of your body though not just your waist). They are expensive but worth a try!

Have a colonic! My niece had one and lots loads in minutes!
If you don't fancy that idea, then I suggest having special K for breakfast and lunch, it is helping me! You can still eat a normal evening meal.
Atkins diet does work, but you would find you have really bad head aches and side effects in the induction period (2 weeks).
The male corset will also really help!

There is that cereal that Say's you can loose so much in inches quite quickly, crunchy nut diet.
Try swimming a good few lengths each night at your local baths and do some sit-up's.
Hope you get the look you want and that your speech goes well.
Good luck.

It's not good for you, but it worked amazingly for me - the Atkin's Diet. But take it to the extreme like I did (I was bored and needed a challenge) and try to eat no carbohydrates at all. i.e for drinks, stick to water and diet fizzy drinks, and if u need some alcohol have spirits with diet coke/lemonade. Eat nothing but different meats, cheese, fish, and if you are desperate for vegetables have small portions of lettuce, celery, and pickled onions. Smoking helps to suppress the appetite too. Make sure you don't have anything with sugar in it and no bread or pasta or potatoes or rice etc
It's hardly good for you, but I did it for just two days before I got sick of it and stopped. I checked my weight and I had lost almost half a stone! Try it, but don't hold me responsible.
