Sounds very much like constipation. Constipation often causes lower back pain. Try taking some stool softeners and drinking lots of water. If a bowel movement doesn't provide relief in a couple of days, it's time to get checked by the doc. You may need a colonoscopy to look for problems in your lower intestines.

I think that your body is trying to tell you something, take some rolaids or tums, because the bloating is probably just gas. And you probably ache because your body is getting weaker. Get something to eat and rest, you should feel better soon, hope this helps:)

could be anything from constipation to IBS OR you could be experience the first signs of IBD which is either ulcerative colitus or crohns desease all have abdominal pain and lower back ache.. also kidney probs go see a doctor,,,and mention your bowel movements and urinary passes...

well, there ae two options, either 1) you are hungry seeing as how you have not eaten anything, or 2) you are about to throw up sometime soon, and i would get near a bucket or something , FAST, this is probably it, sorry

if the pain is bad and you can't stand up get to a hospitial ...it sounds like it could your liver are you on meds or a gallbladder problem get to a doctor.......kara
