Ok when you buy anything like ex: a box of crackers and it say on the back in the Nutrition Facts- 9grm of protein- 3grms of carbs- 150mg of Sodium. Is that for the whole box or for the serving that says on the back?? Thanks in advance for your answers =)

If you look closely at the write up, it will tell you that those nutrition facts are per serving. So, be sure to read exactly what a serving is so that, if you are watching your calorie, salt or carb intake, you do not exceed them.
