I just figured out I'm allergic to something and when I started coughing and having difficulty breathing and noticing a few hives, I immediately took 25mg of benedryl(about 10minutes ago)... Is there anything else I should/can do? Take another 25mg of benedryl? I've known that I'm allergic to shellfish for years, but never had a reaction like this before.

I have a very sore and raw spot "down there" ....It started as an itchy spot and I think I scratched way to hard and cut it up. I'm using over the counter stuff for it but its more or less the same. Although I'm 23 i've never seen a GYN and theres no way I want to...

I am planning on going tanning and getting my face waxed tomorrow.

Is it a better idea to tan first, or have the waxing done.

I know when I tan I can shave easier, but I am worried about discoloration after waxing.

(BTW: I AM NOT looking to be told not to tan/wax because it isn't good for you).

ok so i love the gym and working out! but i hate cardio days! specially the treadmill! at first when i started walking and runing my schin and my ankle would hurt. my schin is a lot better now because i think they are use to the excersise, but my ankle hurts (my left one only) the next day i run. like it doesn't hurt when i walk or anything but it hurts when i twist it like massaging it. it is not a horrible pain or anything but it does bother me! should i wear an ankle brace when i run?

Hi all. I just had heart surgery about 6 weeks ago to correct a birth defect and, with the green light from my doctor, am just about ready to start getting into shape. My condition caused me to be so tired from exercising that I never really did get myself into shape, and now as I recover, I am told I need to be more active. I am only 20 and at 135 pounds, slightly overweight for my height. My question is, how do younger women find the curves experience? Would it be a good place to start?

will be fully out then or just about, he said then I can make the decision pull them and aparently at that point it will be easy and painless (in comparison to doing it now) or just fill them since he says that they are straight and since they have all finally come trough the gum it should be ok. My concern is it gave me a minor infection as it came in and isnt waiting 6 months with cavities bad? Any opinions would you keep em? pull em? or wait and see like the dentist says? My older sister just had to get her wisdom teether pulled. Turns out she had 5 not 4! She's in a lot of pain.. so we've been freezing washcloths. The cloths seem to melt as soon as she uses them. m being a good sister and taking care of her while my mom is at a funeral! LOL! Well, I feel really bad for her.. any ideas other then frozen wash cloths?

I am wanting to see another dr about a problem i have. My current gp isnt that bothered and i think its cos he is a man so doesnt understand why i think its important to check it out! I'd taken 1 1/2 days worth of pills when i got severly nauseaous, achy, sleepy,& a bad head ache. I am still naseaous and the last time i took a pil was at 9am. Is this due to the pill or am i sick for another reason? Most of my other symptoms have gone away or lessend by now.
