At one point in my life, I suffered from fatigue, insomnia, mental confusion, nervousness, mood swings, faintness, headaches, depression, phobias, heart palpitations, a craving for sweets, cold hands and feet, forgetfulness, dizziness, blurred vision, outbursts of temper, crying spells.... and each doctor I saw want to put me on drugs.
I finally went to a very progressive wellness center and was told to make huge changes to my diet, which eliminated 90% of the symptoms. The other 10% of the symptoms I had to work on in different ways.

I find that eating healthy, exercising, drinking plenty of water and so forth are great for my body and great for my mind.

As for anything else that pops up, I talk to people, whoever is around and wants to listen, it goes a long ways to keeping me sane heh.

I think for most people they're unhealthy in their lives, and also do not get any form of therapy, either through talking to friends or an actual therapist, so they just keep bottling things up, and that just leads to worse and worse depression.

Oh and getting sun is a great help, nothing makes me happier than sunshine on my face.
