ok i am 13 and i am 5' 3.5" and i wiegh 136 pounds...my sister is 16 and she is the same height and she only wieghs like 110 pounds...all the girls at my school have flat stomachs and when i sit down my stomach kinda goes over my pants...is that normal...and am i to fat???

well wednesday was my first day of weight training for soccer and I've never worked out so hard and now i can barely walk.. i have to run a mile in P.E tomorrow and i can barely walk right now so i dont kno what to do. another thing is that i can barely make it up and down the stairs in school.can anybody tell me how i can make my muscles stop hurting??? or atleast lower the pain??

If I think about it, or if it is quiet, I can hear a constant ring in my head....not my ears though, like so many people describe tinnitis to do. It is very hard to explain. It is a constant tone, kinda high pitched, almost like when you take one of those hearing tests when they play the tone that is almost out of our hearing range. I guess it is a high frequency but not a high tone, if that even makes sense. The only thing I know is that it is not in my ears, more like right in the center of my brain. I have panic disorder to boot, so I get to thinking I may have a tumor, or what if this gets increasingly louder to the point I can't stand it and want to die.

I had minor surgury this morning - I was given an IV of valium, then three other things. I came home and went to sleep, woke up and the fact of the matter is that I am just plain discombobulated. Okay so on Monday morning i ate normally but than threw up after track practice. Monday Lunch and Dinner i ate less than i usually eat and i got full faster. Tuesday I couldn't eat as much i got full faster than i normally did. Wednesday the same and i felt nauseated after i ate. Today i felt nauseated after i ate even though i didn't eat as much as i used to because i got full faster. Am i okay? Whats is going on?

A friend of mine has breast cancer and the local doctor prescribed Herceptin for her. However she is in China and she can't find this medicine on the market there. Since she can't really travel to the US to get prescription, I wonder how and where can I get the medicine for her? Is there a way we can get a doctor to give prescription by talking to her over the phone? Or is there a place that I can get this medicine without prescription?

I sleep MOSTLY on my side but have been waking up on my back, and this is causing me pain. I have a side-sleeper pillow now, can't recall exactly when I got it, but it's not ancient or anything (not new though either). I am currently experiencing a seriously painful knot in my back muscles, located near the left shoulder blade (so upper back, on left). Any suggestions of which pillow to try? So this is kind of a crazy deal. So lets start from the top. I use to date my ex girlfriend for about a year and a half and when we first started getting sexually active, i couldnt perform (erection). But after a week or so, i was fully there. From then until the end of our relationship our sex life was amazing, we had sex daily. However, just recently we broke up in December and I've tried to move on. I did find a girl i was interested in, we did have sex, but i found the similar issue ( no erection at first). She was a sex craze so she obviously moved on. I was okay with that. But until just recently I met another girl, whom im really falling for. We have been dating for a month now, and going strong. But just recently we've showed interest in sex. A few times I got hard, no problem, but we couldn't have sex cause her parents were home, or mine where, so it was an issue. However, today she came over, and we clearly could of done it and by god i couldn't get hard. Whats the deal?

i've been sick... i had no nasal congestion but my ears were really clogged so i held my nose and blew...yeah...bad idea... it totally made it worse and now it's still clogged and im getting sharp pains in my ear from the pressure... does anyone have any way to get my ear unclogged???
