My stomach is in pain and I don't know how to settle the pain.

Heating pads usually work for me. If you take some rice and put it in a sock, then put it in the microwave for a couple minutes that makes a really good heating pad that doesn't cool fast.

I get real, real bad cramps too.....I usually take Iboprofen or advil, it works and takes the pain away. I usually take about 4 tablets and I am fine for the day.

Or sometimes I lean over the back of a chair to massage my lower abdomenal area......that feels real good.

well, if it's IBS or I-need-to-stay-near-a-bathroom kind of cramps, peppermint oil capsules are great.

If it's period pains, a hotwater bottle works for me.

If it's still there tomorrow and it's neither of these, i would suggest talking to a doctor.
