i also had my tubes tied so dont know if it would have anything to do with that also

hiya yes it is completly normal...dont ask me how but breastfeeding continuisly without missing loads of feeds keeps your periods away,some woman even use this as a form on contraception tho i wouldnt risc it!! congrats on your baby!

It's definitely normal. I breast fed my daughter for 10 months, and didn't have any periods during that time. Congrats on sticking with the breast feeding! Lots of women can't do it more than a few weeks (big pat on the back) It is so much healthier for your baby : )

I think I remember being told you do not have your period if you are breastfedding but not positive.

I never had my period while I was breastfeeding. It's something about the different hormone levels in your body.
