You can take advil for the pain, if it's really that bad. With weight training, the day after the first day is the hardest, but it's not like that forever. Take a few advil, then go for a light walk and make sure you stretch for at least 20 mins today.

If you are in real bad pain; you can either take advil or some other form of pain reliever. Possibly 4 tablets to really make it go away. And do some stretching to get the muscles to relax to the strain that you are experiencing. It is especially good to stretch after something brutal like that; stretching helps your muscles cope with the new muscle that you have gained....and drinks lots of water.

The pain is caused by tiny teres to the muscle fiber, this is a good thing as it helps the muscles to become stronger.

I use deepheat for my muscles after training and it works a treat

yeah that happend to me too my first days of weight training. youu just have to live with it. but after a while it won't be so bad because you will be used to lifting the weights. but i guess just a pain reliever will make the pain lessen
