i got this flab on my shoulders that is just growing bigger. Can u suggest any specific excercise that does not involve lifting weights, coz my mom thinks that it would affect my hormones- dunno how that's is possible! thanx...

I'm a 20 year old female and I'm really worried. I recently contracted a terrible bout of migraine while having a bad cold. It's the first time I've ever had migraine but it won't go away even after a few days. The thing is, I'm not sure if it's my cold which caused the migraine or the fact that I recently switched from contact lenses to wearing spectacles full-time. My worry is: Will this migraine last forever? Or will it be gone in a few days? I heard that it lasts forever in some people. I really hope I don't have to depend on pain-killers all my life. Is it possible that my migraine will leave me completely after awhile?

I have issues with my my self-esteem(or lack thereof). I feel so ugly and hideous that I am too embarrassed to go out in public sometimes because I feel people will see me and think how ugly I am or laugh at me behind my back. I also have trouble being in relationships because I think no one could possibly be attracted to me, and if they do show interest it must only be as a joke or to make fun of me. I think that no one could love me. People have told me that I am quite pretty and they don't know why I worry so much about my appearance, I'm sure they put it down to vanity or complete self-absorbance. When guys have commented and said things like "I think you're hot" I don't believe them and think they are lying. I feel like I am not worthy of a relationship because it would be embarrassing for another person to be seen with me. I hate everything about myself and my sister constantly makes fun of me and things like when I used to throw up after eating, and when i used to self-harm.

I don't know how long it's been there, but there is a knot the size of a quarter on the back of my head I'd say on the bottom left. When I touch it, it sends shooting pains and those pains last awhile causing my neck to hurt sometimes. I don't recall hitting my head on anything. So what should I do? Please help.

So my girlfriend and I have been dating a few months. We went out to dinner tonight and on the way home, she didn't feel well. I pulled over into a rest area and she went into the woods. 20 minutes went by and she didn't emerge. I was worried and thought about going to look for her. She came back as I was heading for the woods. She got lost she said, so all was well and we jumped into the car. Unfortunately, all wasn't well when I got a strong whiff that would make onions cry! I had to roll down the windows, getting wet from the falling snow outside. When we arrived home, she went to shower... without me because she didn't want to shower together. I don't know what to do!
I think she is lactose intolerant, although she says she isn't! This happens whenever she has alfredo sauce, according to her. She denies being lactose intolerant. Is this possible?

I was in a bad car wreck in 2000. I have several trauma-related surgical implants. Also, I do not have a spleen. I have never heard of anyone else having the kind of injuries I sustained. I would just like to know what is happening to my body, and what I can do to prevent further suffering.

I think I have an allergy to red dyes. I had a tattoo with red ink and the tat got infected only in the red ink area. When I drink red juice drinks I always seem to get rectal bleed. I have seen Dr already before and he says it is an iratable bowel. He also removed some polyps.

Before I got pregnant, I had great pair of breasts. I was proud and considered them one of my best assets. Now that I've given birth, I been breastfeeding and my breasts are larger and droopier. My nipples are understandably larger. I even have small stretch marks!

Since they were important to me, I find myself mourning the loss. They are too big and the droopiness bothers me.

Is there anything I can do to get my old chest back NATURALLY? I don't want plastic surgury, I plan to breastfeed my next child.
