So my girlfriend and I have been dating a few months. We went out to dinner tonight and on the way home, she didn't feel well. I pulled over into a rest area and she went into the woods. 20 minutes went by and she didn't emerge. I was worried and thought about going to look for her. She came back as I was heading for the woods. She got lost she said, so all was well and we jumped into the car. Unfortunately, all wasn't well when I got a strong whiff that would make onions cry! I had to roll down the windows, getting wet from the falling snow outside. When we arrived home, she went to shower... without me because she didn't want to shower together. I don't know what to do!
I think she is lactose intolerant, although she says she isn't! This happens whenever she has alfredo sauce, according to her. She denies being lactose intolerant. Is this possible?

Lactose intolerance is easy to treat. Lactagen can improve the body’s ability to produce lactase (though it is very expensive and does not always work), but symptoms can be controlled through diet.
Most adults do not have to avoid lactose completely, but people differ in the amounts and types of foods they can handle. For example, one person may have symptoms after drinking a small glass of milk, while another can drink one glass but not two. Others may be able to manage ice cream and aged cheeses, such as cheddar and Swiss, but not other dairy products. People can also tolerate more lactose by having smaller amounts of it at one time. The level of dietary control needed with lactose intolerance depends on how much lactose a person’s body can handle.
For those who react to very small amounts of lactose or have trouble limiting their intake of foods that contain it, the lactase enzyme is available without a prescription to help people digest foods that contain lactose. The tablets are taken with the first bite of dairy food. Lactase enzyme is also available as a liquid. Adding a few drops of the enzyme makes lactose more digestible for people with lactose intolerance.
Lactose-reduced milk and other products are available at most supermarkets. The milk contains all of the nutrients found in regular milk and remains fresh for about the same length of time, or longer if it is super-pasteurized.
I buy the lactase pills at Costco, and have found the dosage (and the price) to be right for me. The link for it follows, as do some links on lactose intolerance.

awww you were on poop patrol that night. That stinks, (and I mean that literally). BTW, she didnt get lost in the woods, she knew she was crapping it up for a long time & she was embarrassed. Beware though, chronic crapper disease can kill the intimacy in a relationship. Nothing like hershey-swirled undies and rotten butt to kill the mojo.

it could be something else in the alfredo sauce. if she consumes dairy regularly then it can't be it. or maybe the restaurant where you eat makes it poorly.

bring beano anywhere you go and give it to her prior eating anything dairy.. she will love you for that.. just pretend it's yours, tell her you take it for intolerance purposes..so that she won't feel embarrased taking it..of course you weren't born yesterday.. you knew what she did in the bush LOL

first of all, did you eat something that contains milk products...
or maybe her stomach didn't accept the food that she has just consumed.
