My honey. And no, don't take that the wrong way you perverts. Not that that would really be a bad thing, you know; be sweet, eat your honey. Seriously, I have/had wicked allergies until I learned years ago to take a teaspoon full of local honey before you go to bed and lo and behold, it works! Builds up a natural immunity. Though now, I don't know. The bees all over are dropping dead. Scary thought. Climate changes, pesticides, what? Seriously, if you have bad alllergies, best cure is to take local honey for natural immunities. It really does work. Be sweet, eat your honey before you go to bed! Then when you go to bed, what the heck! Might as well enjoy a double dose of sweetness!

Light meals consisting of easily digestable foods. In Africa we eat a lot of meat. Meat does not digest easily, sometimes it's tough. As the digestive system labours under this load, it keeps you awake and, you've guessed it, you get up tired.
