Can someone with HPV have sex with a condom and not spread it?

HPV is spread by:
1. Sex (vaginal, anal and oral)
2. By DIRECT skin to skin contact with an infected area
3. Mother to child transmission (VERY rare)

Using a condom HELPS prevent the spread of HPV but it is not 100% effective in preventing ANY STD, including HPV.

Since HPV can be spread by direct skin to skin contact alone there is always a chance a person can contract the virus by having sex with someone, even if a condom is used. A condom only covers the penis, not the entire genital area. So, just the constant rubbing back and forth of the genital areas during sex can cause a person to contract HPV (this is the same for genital herpes too).

Even with a condom it can be spread from skin to skin contact. Since only the shaft of the penis is covered by a condom it still leaves all other genital areas exposed to possible infection.

* HPV stands for Human Papillomavirus

a condom is made by machines which are not always perfect, you can get anything if you are not careful, maybe you should ask if the person is worth me getting it or is it worth going to jail if i give it.......
