I'm 5'5" and I am a woman. I weight 245 lb and need to be around 155 or 160. I have the points list I just need to know how many points should I use to get to where I need to be. Thanks to anyone who can help.

search on the net for your bmr and see how many calorie's you burn a day with no exercise and then take away 500 calorise from that. you will lose 1/2 kilo ( one pound a week). but try to exercise as well it will speed up the process! then for every 50 caloris it equals 1 weight watchers point! so add up your points and start eating!
