Too many variables here to predict. If you are replacing a caloric drink with water, then you will benefit by lowering your daily caloric intake which will lead to weight loss. Also, if you haven't been drinking much in the way of water, then odds are that you are retaining water in your body because your body doesn't know how often it will get water. Drink all your water each and every day and your body will retain less of it because its getting water on a regular basis and that too will lead to weight loss.
