I think I missed the part in the book that addresses this and I only see the glycemic index number for soy milk. So what about regular fat free milk?

Look - I am not a typical stupid guy trying to talk himself up, this is a legit question: My fiancee tells me that she has orgasms very easily, and sometimes she gets off up to 8 times during a session. Is this in any way normal? There have been times we will have a "quicky" maybe 3-5 minutes, and she says she got off two, or even three times. Here is the problem: I can never really tell when she does because she isnt overly vocal (not a "screamer") - I guess I am being paranoid a little, but is it possible that this isnt true and she's pandering to my ego? How long does it usually take a female to orgasm? Thanks for the help!!

I want to know the maximum amount of height you can gain
from a bone lengthining procedure.I've been to different sites
and they all say something different. One site said 3 inches
another site said 4 inches another site said 6 inches.
Is the maximum amount one of the above or is it different
depending on which type of surgery you have?

Is it bad to touch yourself "down there", you know, in your privates? Can you hurt yourself or give yourself infections or anything if you do it a lot?

I only started doing it a few months ago, but I'm worried that I shouldn't be touching myself there, that I'm doing something wrong. But it feels so good, I can't stop doing it!

today at lunch I was talking with my boyfriend and then he got into the subject that his friend smoked. This skocked me because we are only 13. This kid has many problems and I don't want it to get any worse for him. But I can't tell an adult because my BF told me not to tell anyone or his friend would get in trouble. I have no idea what to do. I don't want to cause any problems, but...

I am engaged to the most incredible man, he is sweet and kind and generous to a fault. His mother is ill, and takes advantage of his kindness to an unbelieveable degree.
She has diabetes, crones, osteoperosis, and several other things... She has trouble walking, but is not incapable of doing so, but she expects him to wait on her hand and foot. She has a colonoscopy (sp?) bag, which is used after surgery when your colon is removed... basically its a poop bag, that has to be changed like a child's diaper regularly...
For whatever reason, she has been having 'bag' trouble lately... and is dumping them all over herself and her room, and expecting him to clean it up... he is overwhelmed and i'm worried he is going to snap, mentally/emotionally... how can a mother not care that she is LITERALLY crapping on her child?? i HATE watching him sufffer like this, but i don't know what to do... how do i help him stay sane until we can solve the bigger problem?

I tried getting an appointment w/the doc. but he can't see me until next week. I've tried Tylenol cold/flu...didn't work so I tried Sudafed...and I still feel horrible...I've been drinking lots of orange juice too. Does anyone have something I don't know about that would help?

1mg extended release tablets but when I went to pick them up, the pharmacy said it would be $165 for 60 pills for the generic (1 month supply). That is way too much. I have insurance & it isn't covered nor is any anti-anxiety med. I need to ask my doctor to change the medication to something cheaper. Does anyone know of a cheaper medication that works??

I had a pain earlier in my tooth when I was eating dessert at dinner time and I went to look at it in the mirror. I don't really look at my teeth much so I don't know how long it's been like this, but on practically ALL of my back teeth it kind of looks like after you've eaten chocolate when it gets stuck in the grooves?? And the one that was hurting earlier looks a bit worse than the others, the brownish area is kind of spread out of the grooves of the tooth onto the surface.

I haven't been to the dentist in a few years which is bad, I know, but I've never had any cavities before and I brush my teeth every day. Does it sound like I have cavities now? I guess the one that hurts definitely is, but what about the others that don't hurt, but look like they have chocolate stuck in them?

I'm really worried cos I've never had any fillings or anything before, does it hurt? And what do they do? And I've heard it's hard to get an NHS dentist, but can't afford to go private!!
