Prevention is far better than cure. The medical industry bave been saying that for years. You can lower your risk for various cancers by living a healthy lifestyle. One of the biggest advances in cancer prevention is the new HPV vaccine. If this were to be mandated around the world, we drastically reduce cervical cancer in women and anal cancers in men.

That said, different treatments such as chemo and radiotherapy have been around for years. These are effective, but no doubt will become more effective as time progresses. In some cases it's as simple as cutting the cancer out.

I know there will be better treatments in the future, but to suggest that there is going to be a cure for all cancer is a little far off at this stage. It's just too hard to say.

The day may come when we have cures for all cancers but it will not be one cure for all cancers. Cancer is a generic term covering at least 200 different diseases which have certain common features. Cancers do not have the same underlying causes and they differ in their response to treatments. For example some cancers are very sensitive to radiation and can be cured with a single course of radiotherapy in their early stages; other cancers are very resistant to radiation and radiotherapy is not used at all in their treatment.

As I have mentioned in a previous post, the only clear evidence that vitamin C might be able to kill cancers used doses so high as to be unachievable by oral intake - it would require an intravenous infusion.

Hulda Clark's bizarre theories have been comprehensively debunked by competent scientists. Far from having proven her case in court those marketing her products and books gave an undertaking to make no claims that her "Zapper" devices are capable of curing any condition. The case was brought by the FTC on the basis of false advertising claims - the Clark camp had every chance to present evidence and failed to satisy the court that her theories or therapies have any merit whatsoever.

As to the general claim that the cancer cure is known but is suppressed by greedy doctors, drug companies and researchers - this ignores the fact that doctors, drug company executives and researchers all die of cancer just like the rest of us. It also ignores the facts that any doctor presenting proof of an effective cure for cancer would be famous amd made for life even if the cure was not patentable. Many cancer researchers go into the field because they have lost a loved one to cancer - there is no way they would connive at concealment of a cure. It is a measure of the altruism of researchers that the men who devised the monoclonal antibody technique which transformed biological science deliberately did not patent it - had they done so they would now be in the Bill Gates bracket for wealth.

Cures for cancer will come not from quick fixes but from good science leading to an understanding of how cancer arises and where its weaknesse lie. This will need to be done separately for many different types of cancer. There has been great progress but we have a long way to go. In the meantime we can all reduce our cancer risk by not smoking, not drinking to excess, having a healthy diet and plenty of exercise and avoiding promiscuity. You may still get cancer but not prematurely and you will be fit enough to have a chance of beating it.

I trained as a biomedical scientist and have an MSc in clinical oncology.

Try Vitamin C therapy. A few years ago a cancer specialist came out with a paper that said the best cancer/infection fighter found to date was Interferon. At the time it was $15,000 a gram. The paper also said that Interferon was a by-product of the natural breakdown of Vitamin C in your body. Shortly after that the FDA tried to make Vitamin C by prescription only. Guess why? The FDA has the RDA for Vitamin C set at 64 mg a day, just enough to ward off scurvy. Linus Pauling, who got a Nobel Prize for his work with Vitamin C and a second Nobel Prize for Organic Chemistry, said that 1000 mg a day should be the minimum and 2000 mg a day if you are sick or smoke. He played tennis almost daily until the day he died at 96. Personally, I got sick twice a year for 2 weeks at a time, for more than 20 years, with something to this day the doctors have no idea what it was, but for a week in the middle of those 2 weeks I was flat on my back. I started Vitamin C therapy once I gave up on the doctors. I took enough to be asymptomatic for those 2 weeks. Too much and I got diarrhea and too little and I got sick. Within a narrow range, and it followed a bell curve over those 2 weeks, I was not sick. At the height I was taking 40,000 mg a day and 300,000 over the 2 weeks. After 2 years of that I have not been sick since – more than 15 years. Vitamin C acts as a natural diuretic so you need to drink a lot of water and watch your body in total, but my kidneys did not dissolve as the doctors predicted, or get massive kidney stones as other predicted. I did not dissolve my bones as some predicted or completely calcify my joints as others predicted. I had no side effects at all. It might be something to consider.

Followers of John Nash Ott (just use the name as a search word) will tell you that the cure already exists but is very unlikely to be used at present because no-one stands much chance of making money out of it.
Give yourself a pat on the back if you guess what it is before you find it.

They already have, and it's been legally proven in court--but there is so much money involved in cancer treatment, it is being suppressed. Sounds like a lie, right?

Dr. Hulda Clark has published her findings, and defended them in American courts, with patients, x-rays, and lab reports. She has written about it, but big book stores like Barnes and Noble, and Hastings, won't carry or order her books. The lamestream media won't report on it.

She tells how to neutralize tumors. Then she tells how to shrink them and rid yourself of them. And, the FDA is powerless to get her books pulled from sale because they aren't fraudulent--they work!

JAMAPhiles are powerless to stop it, so they ridicule it and say there is no scientific evidence that it works. But they 'are mistaken', and keep taking peoples' life savings to pay for cancer treatment fees.

If they ever find a way to manipulate the human genome inside a living human being (in vivo), they will solve every not just cancers but every disease.

So far, our ability to do such is very crude. We can do (very) little genetic engineering in cell cultures (in vitro) or with virus or plasmid vectors.

I expect effective use this technology is still at least 50 years off. That's my opinion.

I would not be surprised if their was not already a way to cure/prevent cancer and it is being held off the market. the medical profession openly admits having a vaccine that immunizes you to some kinds of tooth decay and isn't being releasing because it would undercut d.d.s. profits.
