How do you come to the conclusion that you have infantilism? If this were really the case, I am pretty sure your parents would know. You would not be cognitively able to "find this out" on your own.

1st I doubt if that is the case UNLESS you exhibit other characteristics of infantilism...and I would think that this would already be known by your parents [previously diagnosed] - however if all you mean is underdeveloped genitalia...which is not always infantilism...that is 'normal' in that it occurs in many men...and there is no need to tell your parents.

BTW - PattiC - read the definition below...it is NOT a sexual preference etc or a fetish

in·fan·til·ism (ĭn'fən-tl-ĭz'əm, ĭn-făn'tl-)
n.
A state of arrested development in an adult, characterized by retention of infantile mentality, accompanied by stunted growth and sexual immaturity, and often by dwarfism.

which infantilism? Do you want to be treated like a baby or are you refering to psychosexual infantilism and you were traumatized during the first stages of Freud's theories of psychosexual growth? Either way, if you want to tell them there really is no good way. Don't take them out to dinner or any place public. Make sure it is a private affair and be prepared to answer questions. A lot of questions.

Personally I wouldn't tell your parents. Why do they need to know about your sexual desires and / or fetishes? There are online support groups if you are interested.
