The safest way to lose weight is to eat right, which means to eat healthy, drink plenty of water daily, & go for daily walks. Each day, try to walk a little faster & a little further. Don't put pills, etc. into your body. Once you stop using pills, hoodia, etc, you will put your weight right back on. It takes food to keep your body nourished & healthy, & cutting out the bad foods will help you to lose weight sensibly, & keep it off. Cut out junk food & eat fruit when you're hungry. Watch your carbs & sugar intake, as that will put weight on you. If it's white, don't eat it. (bread, rice, flour, potatoes, etc) Good luck!!!

As with every other diet aid out there, the only thing that really works for weight loss is diet and exercise! These aids come and go and there's always a new great thing because people are looking for the easy way to lose weight. There is no really easy way. Trust me, I've done it all! Limit your calorie intake and get lots of exercise. General consensus says that healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Good Luck!

The only way I can think of to lose that much in 2 months is to cut your carbs. Bodybuilders do it, be ready to be annoyed all the time if you do.
