Start a light workout regiment consisting of ab exercises. Do situps, curlups, and whatnot. Yes, there is a difference in these. Curlups are when you just barely leave the ground and go back. You should do these in a set such as, 3x35. Do a set of 35, wait about 30seconds-1minute, do 35 more, wait again, 35 more. You could probably do this 3 times a day. This would most likely eliminate most of it. To make these harder, put your legs up in the air, cross them with a bend at the knees (90degrees), and put your hands behind your head and when your elbows touch your knee, go back down. Situps are also another way. This is when you bring yourself all the way up. These should be self explanatory. Do these in the same method as curlups, but make these a set of 4x10 or 3x20. There a few more too, but they are more advanced and the ones explained here should be more then easy enough. You can start to increase the number you do per set as you get more comfortable with them. If it doesn't make your abs burn when you do it with the numbers I provided you, then you should do some more rather then just my set. Find the magic point where your abs just start to burn and use that number. This will provide the greatest growth.

Sit ups, and lots of them. Do this in a routine, so every morning you will get up and do sit-ups, or every evening before your bath. You are aiming for progression, at 1st you may only be able to do 20 or so, if this is the case, do as many as you can, rest for 2 minutes, and then do as many as you can again. Then give it a rest for the day.
You should find after 1 week you can now do a lot more, this is a good thing and means that the muscles are getting bigger and stronger. Sit-ups also burn localised fat i.e. around the belly. However fat only really starts to burn after a few minutes of non-stop exercise, so you will only really start to burn the fat in that area after you progression has led to you being able to do sit-up for 5 minutes or so flat out.
Stick with this routine, and you will have those abs in no time.
Be careful though, I find abs on a woman quite unsexy, and much prefer a small amount of puppy fat, not too much, just a little. I also know many men who feel the same way. It's up to you though, if you really want those abs, sit ups is the way forwards.

I know what you mean-i have a little small pouch below my belly too... its from giving birth..heheh..

whelp I'm doing the Windsor Pilates now-and soO far its starting to go down..before I gave birth i used to have Abs..now its soO hard to lose it...b/c i've been sort of lazy..

then its always summer time-i want to have my abs back-and working hard...

try it-you might find it helping.... one easier way is to try to "suck in your stomach" constantly-and soon you're fat there will dissappear!

the best way is to -- liposuction it out..i would do that-but it just cost too much money...

I have a similar problem and I've just started doing crunches a lot. At least 100 a day. It sounds like a lot but they are quite easy to do especially when you're watching TV. I've only been doing it for a couple of days, but you should try it and see what happens.

I'm not sure what else would work.
