Ok, so River/Lakes season is coming up and I want to go in three weeks. You think I can drop 10-12 lbs in this amount of time? Even if it's unhealthy... how can I do this?!?!

This person had a old cut that had his dried blood on. I accidently rubbed my hand against his and I found that some of the dried blood was on my hands. My skin that touched him was undamaged however slightly dry. Would I have got hiv from that?

Hi.

Prozac has seemed to kind of limit my appetite. I feel fuller quicker. I like this, and I am weight conscious, and I had gained weight using Zoloft.

I want to drop weight.
I do know what SSRIs are and how they workl and all, so I don`t need an explanaition. I also know about Topomax and SNRI's and so on.

All I want to know is experiences with this. As I said, my appetite is limited, its been 4 weeks, and my dose is officially 60mgs.

Any opinions?

Doctor recently said i had tonslitus . Went back today n and see said i may have Glandular Fever .

Ave been getting ..

Headaches
Muscle Pain
Tiredness
Swallon Glands in Throat
And sometimes dont feel as hungry and more thirsty then usually .
i also get dead hot and feel sweaty randomly ..

Are these symtoms ??

It has been awhile since I ran. I mostly used the gym. But with the nice wether coming in I want to start again. But there has alwys been one thing that has detered me from running. When ever running you alwys hve those people drving down the road honking the horn, or something. Any tips to zone them out? Thanks.

I've been having weight problems in that I gain weight solely in my abdominal area. Literally, my arms and legs are crazy thin. I used to be on birth control which regulated me and now I'm off of it since the summer and haven't menstruated in over 5 months. I was at Specsavers last year and the lady who tested my eyes said they had got a little worse since my last test and I was a minus seven.

She said that there are people who have a stronger prescription than I do (therefore worse eyesight) but not many. How true is this? Please, it's worrying me. If my eyes are steadily deteriorating (even though she said the eyes themselves were very healthy) and this might increase with age (I'm 41). How long do you think I have until I'm officially blind? Without my glasses I am now, effectively, as things have to be only an inch or two from my nose to make it clear.

My mum's been going through this badly & I dont know how to help her. If i tell her to stop it only makes things a lot worse. & we fight & argue over it all the time. My mum is of the age of 54 & I am 18. I'm only trying to be a good daughter & help her so her health's sake. I dont want to loss my mum because she couldnt eat healthy. She's already very much over weight, & its making me sad to see her like this. I think its sort of rubbing off on me, because I've gained weight a bit too since she's started this ordeal. I'm 23 and 5'3" right now i weigh 159LBS. Most of my "fat" areas are in my belly, the Insides of my legs, and a bit on the inside of my arms. I walk almost everywheres I go. I have changed the way I eat and drink. Although it has been hard with 3 young kids. But I did it. What else can I do? I know I have lost quite a bit of weight already. I went from size 11/12 to a size 6/7. But this belly fat is really bothering me.

I checked all it could have been.
Dehydration, high bp, alchohol, sport( training), sunstroke, lack of oxygen, etc...
