I'm 23 and 5'3" right now i weigh 159LBS. Most of my "fat" areas are in my belly, the Insides of my legs, and a bit on the inside of my arms. I walk almost everywheres I go. I have changed the way I eat and drink. Although it has been hard with 3 young kids. But I did it. What else can I do? I know I have lost quite a bit of weight already. I went from size 11/12 to a size 6/7. But this belly fat is really bothering me.

I WILL NOT take any type of pills. I'm sorry. Even now I don't take any pills unless I absolutely have to.

The only way to lower your belly fat is to lower your overall body fat percentage. Despite what people or TV ads might say, it is impossible to spot reduce fat on a certain area of your body.

Keep focusing on proper diet and exercise. As your overall body fat percentage gets lower, the fat around your stomach area will start to reduce as well. This area just tends to hold onto it a little longer than other areas of the body. For instance, I just had a hydrostatic dunk (most accurate type of body fat test) and tested at 13.4% which is technically "good", but I've still got some fat around my gut. People hold it in different ways...just keep doing what you're doing and it will come off.
