I was just walking around and I blacked out.
I checked all it could have been.
Dehydration, high bp, alchohol, sport( training), sunstroke, lack of oxygen, etc...
How could it have happened.
I don't want it to happen again!

Your electrolytes could be low. Drink some PowerAde and go to a doctor! That can kill you! It happened to my girlfriend. Her heart stopped for 12 seconds.

I'd have a doctor check it out, it's nothing to be second guessing about. It could be a serious problem, and then it might not be . But better to be safe than sorry. If you can't afford a doctor then fined an er or a free clinic .

Seriously, get it checked by a doctor, or a local health care provider. It could be serious, even if this is the first time it's ever happened to you.

Go to a doctor. You need medical advice, not opinions from Yahoo Answers. I have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)and have blacked out from it before.

my nephew passes out for no apparent reason, too.

he's very skinny, eats like a teenager and runs cross country.

high blood pressure is unlikely, as is a tumor. a low b/p can cause you to pass out. it's actually quite common.

go to a drug store where they have those do it yourself blood pressure testers. go several times to get an overall picture.

you should probably have it checked out when you can.

Whenever you have a really important medical question, it's wise to ask strangers online for advise. Don't hesitate either, you wouldn't want to put something off that might be life threatening.

You need to go to emergency NOW.

You may have had a small stroke, seizure or transient ischemic attack. All of which need to be seen to by a qualified doc, especially since this is a first time occurrence.

How about your blood sugar?

Have you had that checked lateley?

Another suggestion would be early signs of MS.
